You're not alone. We all have something in our life that's not as right as we'd like it to be. Maybe you're fighting anxiety, depression, stress, or struggling in your relationship. Whatever you're facing, it's become too much for you to solve on your own. You need someone else to listen and help you find your path toward happiness and satisfaction. I would be honored to listen and talk with you.
As a licensed counselor, I can also help you with things from your past that may have become barriers to your future. These things could be past failures, trauma, grief, or something else. You may have even turned to unhealthy coping methods such as alcohol or substance use. Whatever is going on, you are taking the first step toward healing by seeking help.
Thank you for viewing my site, and I hope to hear from you soon! I provide counseling in person at our downtown Ennis, TX 75119 office. Insurance accepted. Telehealth sessions are available as well. Please call or text to set up an appointment, or if you have any questions. Click here to send a message.
